Lorefully is a knowledge platform developed by Gauge19 Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15456622), Lockeridge, Basingstoke Road, Spencers Wood, Reading, RG7 1AL.

Lorefully enables InstallerSHOW attendees to ask questions and receive AI-generated answers on technical and industry topics.

All questions and answers submitted during the event are recorded for quality assurance, service improvement, and stakeholder insight. This data may be used to:

• Improve the Lorefully platform;

• Provide feedback to event sponsors and partners on the nature of questions being asked and the answers given;

• Support technical support or commercial follow-up by relevant sponsoring or interested parties.

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide your name and email address. This information will be used to:

• Identify who is using the platform;

• Enter you into Lorefully’s daily raffle prize draw;

• Attribute your activity to the daily leaderboard, which includes a cash prize for top contributors;

• Facilitate follow-up contact from Lorefully, the InstallerSHOW organisers, or any interested sponsoring or partner organisations.

Your name may be publicly displayed on the Lorefully stand as part of the leaderboard. If you wish to be removed, you may:

• Ask to be removed by visiting the Lorefully stand in person; or

• Email hello@lorefully.com.

You will be asked to choose a “team” during registration. This is for the purposes of a light-hearted competition between sectors represented at the show and has no formal significance.

All content you generate using Lorefully at the InstallerSHOW—including questions, answers, and related activity—may be shared with event sponsors and partners. Your name and email address may also be shared with those parties where they have an interest in following up with you after the event.

Your name and email address will be retained for up to 6 months following the event to:

• Administer the raffle and prize draw;

• Support any necessary follow-up communications from Lorefully, the InstallerSHOW organisers, or partners and sponsors interested in engaging with you.

Use of Lorefully during the event is subject to our full Terms of Use. In particular:

• Please do not submit unlawful, offensive or confidential material;

• AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate—always use professional judgement.
